It is Time for a New Voice

I have experienced first hand the waste and red tape that our State Government burdens our local communities with. I believe in less government and not more. I believe in conservative Hoosier values not a liberal agenda. I believe in making our communities attractive to employers, safe & affordable to live & worship in, a great place to get an education and a home our children will be proud of. Where families can flourish, job opportunities grow and education, both academic and vocational, is a priority. I believe in a balanced budget where politicians can't spend money they don't have. I believe the best person to take care of your money is you, not government. I believe your community should be able to worship and display your beliefs how you see fit. I believe criminals should be punished and prosecutors and law enforcement should have the resources to keep our communities safe. I believe Health Care can be made affordable through tort reform and increased market competition and improved utilization of patient medical database technology.

 

My Democratic opponent is an honorable man. He has been in office for over 20 years. He is a loyal and devout Democrat. His voting record has been in support of the Democratic Party line. He will help you when he can. But when it comes time to vote, the time when he can help us all and the time it really matters, he will and does vote 100% in support of the Democratic Party agenda. As your Legislator that is his job, to vote either for or against the Party agenda. It's time for District 42 to vote Republican at the state level. It's time to support the Republican Majority in District 42.

 

 I didn't play basketball with you. I didn't go to high school with you. I didn't grow up on a farm. My relative is not your neighbor.  However, I live right here with you. I have raised my children here. My husband & I operate our businesses here. You are our customers and our employees.  I have served the communities as an elected official, volunteer, organizer and consultant.

 

I believe it is time for a new voice. I am the voice of experience that will protect our communities from the liberal intrusion of State Government and one who will speak out in support of our conservative values that protect family and faith. A voice that will limit government spending, demand balanced budgets and a source to help find ways to assist our local units of government. I am a voice that will foster and attract new job opportunities and seek to protect our existing industry. A voice that will protect our rural farming industry from extraordinary property tax calculations due to an antiquated formula. A voice to help our children get the educational opportunity they deserve.  I believe that I am that voice.
